Relationship: Cheating Is Not Just Physical, There Are Many Ways Unknown
Cheating is not just physical, there are many ways unknown. Cheating is not just physical…it’s a slow, calculated betrayal of trust. It’s not just the act of being unfaithful; it’s the mindset that allows you to prioritize your selfish desires over the person who loves you.
Texting someone your partner would feel uncomfortable about? That’s cheating. Hiding your phone, deleting messages, erasing your browsing history? That’s lying. Flirting with someone who isn’t your partner? That’s disrespect. Adding strangers on social media just because they’re attractive? That’s dishonorable.
These aren’t innocent actions. They’re deliberate. They erode the foundation of your relationship, one secret, one lie at a time. You’re not just betraying your partner; you’re betraying the promises you made, the love you claimed to have, and the integrity you were supposed to uphold.
The truth is, cheating starts in the small moments…moments where you entertain attention that doesn’t belong to you. And once that line is crossed, it only escalates. The relationship won’t survive if the behavior doesn’t stop. Love cannot grow in the shadows of lies, secrets, and selfishness.

Relationship
If you’re in a relationship where this is happening; whether you’re the one doing it or it’s being done to you…it’s time to face reality. This isn’t love. This isn’t commitment. And it doesn’t just get better. You can’t build a life with someone who’s still entertaining the world like they’re single. You can’t create a future with someone who isn’t willing to leave the village behind and be loyal to the kingdom you’re trying to build.
It’s not a mistake; it’s a choice. And it’s a choice that destroys everything it touches.

Chimamanda Adichie Serves Euracare Hospital With Legal Notice Over Son’s De@th
Chimamanda Adichie Serves Euracare Hospital With Legal Notice Over Son’s De@th
Chimamanda Adichie serves Euracare Hospital with legal notice over son’s de@th. Chimamanda Adichie has served Euracare Hospital in Lagos with a legal notice, alleging that medical negligence and professional impropriety led to the death of her 21-month-old son Nkanu Nnamdi.
Nkanu, one of Adichie’s twin sons, died on January 7, 2026, following complications during a series of preparatory medical procedures.
The legal notice dated January 10 argued that the attending anaesthesiologist and other medical personnel at Euracare breached their duty of care.
According to the filing, the child had been referred to Euracare from Atlantis Pediatric Hospital on January 6 for critical procedures ahead of an emergency medical evacuation.
The procedures included an echocardiogram, a brain MRI, a peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC line), and a lumbar puncture.
Intravenous sedation was said to have been administered using propofol.
It added that a specialist team at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, United States, was on standby to receive him.
The legal document stated that during transport from the MRI suite to the cardiac catheterisation laboratory while under sedation, the child suffered sudden and severe complications, which culminated in his death.
“Our clients inform us that these procedures were required as part of the preparatory process for the child’s transfer and medical evacuation to the United States, where a specialist team at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, was already on standby to receive him,” the notice reads in part
“It is our further brief that sedation was administered on the child at your facility using propofol.
During transport to the cath lab following the MRI procedure under intravenous sedation, the child suffered sudden and severe complications, culminating in his untimely death on the 7th of January, 2026.”
Adichie’s legal representatives outlined multiple alleged lapses in care. They claim the child was moved between clinical areas without adherence to critical patient-safety protocols. Specific concerns raised include potential propofol dosing issues, inadequate airway protection, a lack of continuous monitoring, and movement without supplemental oxygen, proper equipment, or sufficient medical personnel in attendance.

Chimamanda Adichie Serves Euracare Hospital
The notice to Euracare Hospital demands the provision, within seven days, of certified copies of all related medical records. The request includes admission notes, anaesthetic charts, drug administration records, monitoring logs, procedural notes, ICU records, and the identities of all involved staff.
The hospital was instructed to preserve all evidence, including CCTV footage, electronic monitoring data, pharmacy records, and internal communications.
The notice also warned that failure to comply or any destruction of evidence would lead to legal action and all available judicial remedies.
The Lagos government has also ordered an investigation into the allegations.

Court will scrutinise Regina Daniels’ drug test results: Ned Nwoko
Court will scrutinise Regina Daniels’ drug test results: Ned Nwoko
Ned Nwoko, senator representing Delta north, says any drug or alcohol test presented by Regina Daniels, his estranged wife, will be subjected to court scrutiny.
In a recent Instagram post, Daniels shared video footage from an unnamed hospital, showing her undergoing the test and later collecting the results.
She said the test was conducted to clear her name and denied “any use of hard drugs”.
Nwoko’s position is contained in a statement issued by his communication team in response to Daniels’ claim that she underwent a test to clear allegations of drug and alcohol addiction levelled against her.
The senator said temporary abstinence does not amount to sobriety and does not erase the underlying challenges that necessitated intervention.
He said recovery and accountability are not matters for social media engagement but require sustained effort, honesty and professional support, insisting that the conditions under which the recent test was conducted remain unclear.
He said earlier findings of drug and alcohol use by Daniels were established through assessments carried out by two independent and reputable centres in Nigeria and South Africa.
Nwoko said the reports were professionally compiled, formally documented and would be presented and defended in court, adding that the centres involved would be subpoenaed to testify to their findings.
He said presenting a later negative result as proof that no prior use occurred is “misleading and disingenuous”.
“At best, it reflects abstinence over a period of time. It does not invalidate earlier medical reports, nor does it negate what necessitated intervention in the first place,” the statement reads.
The senator said attempts to downplay the seriousness of MDMA, also known as Molly, were misplaced.
“Regardless of how casually it is referenced or repackaged in language, it is a drug. Renaming it does not alter its chemical composition, its risks, or its impact on judgement and stability,” he said.
“Healing is not episodic, and accountability is not performative.
The senator said long before the dispute became public, he explored avenues to provide support, including private rehabilitation for structured and sustained therapy for his estranged wife.
He added that a court judgement delivered last year in his favour on custody also dismissed unsubstantiated human rights abuse claims and ordered supervised therapy with evidence of compliance.
He said the process was handled discreetly to allow access to professional care and preserve family stability.
The senator said it was inaccurate to suggest consistent sobriety or dismiss prior findings based on a single test taken at a time of one’s choosing.

Regina Daniels, Senator Ned Nwoko
He said documented assessments conducted independently and professionally outweighed such claims.
“If accountability is to be invoked, then it must acknowledge the reality of a problem and willingness to address it,” he said.
“Genuine accountability requires confronting reality and committing to long-term professional support, not something to be measured by social media engagements.”
Nwoko said any test conducted anywhere in the world would face court scrutiny and must be ready to be defended when subpoenaed.
He added that the court could appoint a credible laboratory to verify claims.
“It is time for reality supported by relevant, credible and admissible evidence,” he said.
The estranged couple’s private strife erupted into public view in October when a viral video depicted the Nollywood star in tears, alleging domestic violence.
Nwoko fired back, claiming the actress was struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.
Daniels later admitted to using hard drugs but accused Nwoko of orchestrating her addiction as a method of control and manipulation.
