Natasha Makes U-Turn On Senate Ordeals, Reveals Why
Natasha Akpoti makes U-turn on Senate ordeals, reveals why. I Was Removed Because of LNG Plants, Not S3xual Harrasment
Opinion: When you know you have no evidence and very soon you’ll be facing a judge in a N250 billion law suit without a single shred. Without one hair strand of evidence. (c)
Unfortunately It’s too late to say I am sorry!
– Natasha Akpoti Makes U-turn on Senate Ordeals
Natasha Akpoti has once again changed her narrative regarding her political challenges, now claiming that her removal was due to the LNG plants she allegedly facilitated in Kogi State, rather than the earlier allegations of s3xual harassment.
Speaking at her rally today, she accused Senate President Godswill Akpabio and former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello of conspiring to have her eliminated in Kogi.
This latest claim comes despite the Ministry of Petroleum denying her involvement in the facilitation of any LNG projects, which the ministry claimed was cited due to existing plants and pipeline projects in Ajaokuta.
Her statements have been met with widespread skepticism, particularly on Facebook, where many users criticized her for inconsistencies and probable emotional blackmails in her story.

Natasha Makes U-Turn
Previously, Natasha had alleged that she was targeted over s3xual harassment concerns against the Senate president, Godswill Akpabio, a claim that fueled public sympathy.
However, her sudden shift in position has led to accusations of political blackmail against the Senate leadership and the Kogi State government.
Her speech today has reignited debates over her credibility, with critics pointing to a pattern of shifting narratives depending on public sentiment.
Many observers believe that Natasha’s allegations are aimed at gaining sympathy ahead of upcoming political battles.

Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan defies Kogi government, insists on ‘homecoming’ rally. Kogi Central Senator, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, has insisted on returning to her constituency for the Sallah break, despite restrictions by the Kogi State Government.
In a statement released on Tuesday, the senator urged her supporters to ignore rumours that she had canceled her visit.
“We are pleased to confirm that Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan’s Sallah visit to Kogi Central Senatorial District will proceed as planned,” the statement read.
“Despite rumours circulating online, there has been no official announcement from our office regarding the cancellation of this visit.”
She emphasized that, as a lawmaker, she had a duty to her people and encouraged them to come out in large numbers to celebrate Eid-el-Fitr with her.
“As the senator representing Kogi Central, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan remains committed to engaging with her community and fostering a spirit of unity and cooperation.
“Her dedication to the people of Kogi Central is unwavering, and she looks forward to celebrating Eid-el-Fitr with her constituents.
“We would like to assure the public that all necessary arrangements are in place to ensure a successful and joyous event. We invite all members of the community to join us in marking this special occasion,” the statement added.
The recent development comes after the Kogi State Government banned all rallies and public gatherings due to security concerns.
The government also restricted fishing and other activities, linking them to the recent deaths of two individuals in Kasemiya, Katubo, and Umozu Ette in Kogi West.

Kogi’s Commissioner for Information, Kingsley Fanwo, stated on Monday that the ban aimed to prevent any security threats that could disrupt peace in the state.
Fanwo added that intelligence reports had suggested some groups were planning to “stage some violent rallies in the guise of political and religious agitations” in Kogi Central.
Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan, who was recently suspended for six months for protesting a change of seating arrangement, has also accused Senate President Godswill Akpabio of s3xual harassment.
